The item was ordered on November 20th, I was told that i would recive it by the 5th of dec. I then recieved an email stating that the item would be delivered by the 15th of Dec. I never got a tracking number by which to follow where the item is. I complained to the seller and finally recieved word that the item had been shipped and got a tracking number. The item finally left newyork on the 11th. I never got the item. When I checked the tracking code on the 15th the postal service said that the item was underliverable. I never recieved an email from the seller, or an explanation. I have had many packages delivered to the given address without issue. I am very unhappy with the entire experiance.
