I ordered these for roller derby use- impact-wise they are good, but however are sized very generously. I take a medium in the pro-tec pads that i had, so i ordered a medium for the TSGs- waaay too big. :) Also there is only one strap (which is really long) at the top of the pad, instead of the top and bottom; so the pad, which is already too big will slide up upon impact. (which we tend to do a lot-fall down and stuff.)Overall i give these a 6 out of 10- 6 for cushion and durablity and 0 for sizing. ;)
