This cereal is hard to keep in the cupboard -- as soon as I buy a box it's gone! Lots of cranberries and almonds in it, and the flakes are lightly sweetened, too. This is a great cereal. I only gave it four stars because the price isn't so great -- only slightly cheaper than buying it for regular price in the grocery store. Can't beat the convenience of having it delivered (for free!) to your house though. Yum!
