With former Olympic coaches Leroy Walker, Larry Ellis, Stan Huntsman, and Terry Crawford serving as instructors, this 48-minute video presents teaching segments on sprints, hurdles, relays, middle distances, and long distances.

The video begins by demonstrating the essential elements of good sprinting form and starting technique. Next, in the hurdles segment, viewers learn proper technique for the 100-meter men's hurdles, the 100-meter women's hurdles, and the intermediate hurdles.
