This product works great with me Samsung SCH-U740, I purchased it because I didn't want to pay the ridiculous cost for the Verizon package that contained way too much stuff that I felt I didn't need. The Disk that it came with was not helpful at all, but I used the Verizon V Cast Music Essentials that I downloaded from the Verizon Website. Note that this download doesn't work with Macs, only PCs.

after talking to cingular i found out that i would have to spend $40 to get a cable to connect my samsung d807 to my laptop...but the only package they had included headphones...which i did not want...i foud this cable on amazon and saved $30...you can download the software needed from [...] and i can manage anything on my phone that i want

You can pretty much do anything you would like with this product!! The only draw back that i could find is that it doesnt charge while you have it plugged in. Other then that, you can manager anything you would like.
