I have given these guys the benefit of the doubt a couple of times now. But it always seems to happen on a deadline, late night or early morning, and I'm having to switch out an ink cartridge and one of theirs just will not work properly. This is bad enough, but then I have to find myself at Wal-Mart (yak!), since they are the only place open in these wee hours, so that I can meet the deadline. I'm not saving enough money here to go through that anymore. And the leaking yellow ink all over my shirt was a just another drop in the bucket... No pun intended. If anyone has another refilled cartridge supplier they can recommend, I'm all ears. But I'm going new-style until further notice. Sorry guys.
