MedicTag requires very little computer skill to use, on most systems it is plug and play and is a simple fill in the blanks format. It is compatible with 99.9% of the home and office computer systems in use today and requires only Windows and MS Word to fill out the information form. Each field you enter information into expands to accommodate to your needs. Type in the most important info into the yellow/orange box that flashes. Showed it to my doctor and told me now that she saw mine, she will be buying one for herself. I do not know how it works overseas since I did not need to use it.
Contains all the information needed in case of an emergency plus it has an area to type in more info if needed.

Hey Everyone,
The medic-tag is great. I carry it on my key chain. When people ask me what
it is,I explain to them how it works. Because of my condition this makes
things easier for hospitals to get all my insurance information, medication and friends to understand what is wrong with me in detail if I am unable too. ANYONE with a medical condition should have one. I gave one to my Mom for her birthday. I rate this product a 5 star. One of the best things I seen on the market today for people with medical challenges.

I purchased the MedicTag and was excited to get it. I plugged it into my computer and was immediately alerted that the product was infected with the Win32/Cekar.A virus.

I contacted CW Medical who in turn contacted the vendor. The vendor said it was my computer that was infected. My computer was NOT infected. I own an Internet Design and Hosting company and have more virus protection than most. I hope no hospital or dr's office gets hit with it!

I returned the product to CW Medical and received a prompt refund.

Update 1/3/07: I was contacted by the manufacturer with a likely cause of the problem. It seems that there is a valid file on the MedicTag software that some virus scans see as a problem. He assured me that all of their distributers have been made aware of this glitch.
