Directions
TRAY CREATION: (1) Heat water to near boil (e.g. coffee). Remove water from heat. Immediately place tray in water for 12 seconds. (2) Bite lightly and push tongue to roof of mouth. Suck out all air and water for 5-10 seconds. (3) Use fingers to press tray tight against your teeth. (4) Remove and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds to set. Note: If you do not achieve a proper fit, repeat procedure. (5) To remove excess material from tray, you may cut along shape of each tooth and cut off tab.
