This is a great product! I now ask for iTunes gift cards for holidays instead of CDs from my friends and family (who would sometimes buy the wrong CD anyway). I have used the cards several times and never had a problem. I like the way they work, because they give you a "credit" in your iTunes account. Because it is integrated directly into iTunes, it is possible to spend more money than the face value of the card. Apple has some of the best customer service in the world, and I have never had a situation that they did not resolve. See [...].

The person I bought this for loved it. My only feedback is that the gift recipient said the giftcard arrived in a huuuuuuge box and it was the only item inside. Originally, they thought that someone had stolen the contents or that it was mistakenly shipped empty. I recommend that Amazon consider sending giftcards in a .39 envelope. I wasn't happy paying $5 shipping on a $25 giftcard and I had intended to order more gift cards but the shipping price was so high, I went and picked them up myself and mailed them

I bought a $25 card and it expired in 9 months. I had no warning that it would expire and I lost $16. I do not log in to my account a lot so I did not notice it would expire that fast. The card said it would be good for 2 years. iTunes has horrible customer service and all you can do is email them. You have no access to a manager or anybody beyond just emails with "Tim" or "Billy" who just say over and over "So sorry". But they will not verify anything about your card that claimed it would be good for 2 years and expires in 9 months. It is a complete ripoff because you have no recourse if you get a bad code on the card you buy.
