I paid $29.95 to download this software directly from the internet. I have been unable to convert a single DVD to IPOD format. I get numerous error messages. Customer support consists of sending an e-mail message with a promised response of 2 business days. There is NO PHONE number to contact. They also have a NO REFUND policy. Buyer Beware.
