Just when you thought French butter couldn't get better, Isigny Ste Mere broke the mold and added rich Normandy cream to its traditional Beurre de Baratte. Deliciously creamy and a little caramelized, this fresh cream has a rich golden color and smooth texture. The "Baratte" process constitutes of separating the milk, spinning the heaviest part into a creamy and thick consistency, and later reinjecting the butter with cream, for a decadent and sumptuous texture and flavor.
