I've only used it for 4 weeks and can definitely see results in my hair growth. The thickness and health is also improved. I will definitely continue using this product. It's amazing =)

I am an African-American female whose hair is chemically relaxed straight and 1/4 past the shoulders. The F.A.S.T. Shampoo and Conditioner appear to do as it claims, which is to provide a protein-based hair treatment remedy. My hair growths at a decent pace, so it is difficult to judge whether or not it stimulates FAST hair growth or not. I used the product to strengthen my hair and provide a good solid foundation for hair growth. Because the Nisim products don't leave my hair as soft as I would like, I follow it up with a good deep conditioner. I only use the F.A.S.T Shampoo & Conditioner once a month. I prefer Pantene "for women of color" for regular use. It keeps my hair soft and manageable.

Have been using this product for about one month now. However, have also started taking hair, skin and nail type vitamins. At this time, I cannot determine which is contributing to hair growth. I can say that my hair is certainly healthier and appears to be stronger than before. Started my kids on the product so I can see if it actually helps.
