5.0 out of 5 stars Very relateable and usable, May 31, 2007
In this book De Bono describes six different ways to organize a meeting. Different colors of hats to describe different kind of concepts. All the concepts are very relateable and usable. This book is very easy to read and understand. Even if you're not in management his concepts can still be use in any kind of meetings.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy Thinking System, June 12, 2009
I have delayed reading this book, as I thought it may be too complex and philosophical, but this book is so well written and structured that anyone can grasp and use the concepts. Six Thinking Hats offers a New way to tackle problems and avoid arguments.
