The title is Naturopathy, a step-by-step guide. What step-by-step? The guy (ND) did a good job and had informative information, but he was seen far too little. Plus, you had to sit through some really awful footage to get to him. The sound was shear missery and made whatever content there was hard to listen to. Not worth it, just not worth it!!!
