Braggs is the only apple cider vinegar that I will buy....I love the stuff. Well not the taste but it does wonders if you follow the suggested daily serving on the side, for weight loss and many other things. I also use it for digestion aide and to control blood sugar.
I would strongly recommend this product.

I was given a 16 ounce jar of this from a friend who suggested it for acid reflux. Take a good spoonful with honey or just straight. Cider vinegar will burn a bit as you swallow but, I was amazed that within 30 seconds my heartburn was gone. I have put my peptic ac and rolaids on the back shelf for now. Believe me, I have suffered for acid reflux for many years. This is the most amazing natural remedy I have ever used. Evidently, the cause for heartburn is often NOT ENOUGH acid in your stomach. Well, I guess that's been my problem since the apple cider vinegar works every time!

When my research showed that taking apple cider vinegar would help a health issue that I have, Bragg was highly recommended to me by many people as the best organic vinegar available. The vinegar is of very good quality and I'm very happy with it. Apple cider vinegar has so many uses that it makes sense to buy it a gallon at a time. I definitely plan on reordering in the future since I couldn't find Bragg in any stores in my area.
