This headband is awesome now I have 3 out 4 headbands if you want the metal plate to fit your headshape all you got to do is bend it a little to the size of your forehead that's what I did and now it fits my head perfectly.

I bought this headband for my grandson age 10, he loves it. Makes sure that he brings it every weekend when he visits.
