I was so glad to see the light version of this product because the taste is great! I also like the fact that it is lactose free. I make a daily fruit protein shake with it. Talk about tasty - Yum Yum. I look forward to them reducing the fat content even more (without messing up the flavor of course).

I bought this product to help me get in shape for spring break about a month ago. I'm allready seeing great results.
I've been using this product for 3 weeks so far. Combined with running 5 miles a week and resistance training, I've lost a ton of fat around my abs and my arms are significantly bigger. I feel like a new man.
Mixes really well, tastes better than anything else out there with the exception of original muscle milk and it just plain works.

Excellent product. Especially good for low cal diets yet still gives you the two main kinds of protein you are looking for. Mixes better than any other product I have tried and tastes excellent. I can tell the difference after only a couple of weeks.
