This is my favorite flavor and i have this drink at least twice a day. Although the product contains a little caffeine, it has helped me cut down on the number of cups of coffee i drink daily. i take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Its great and really helps me get through my day after an early morning workout! And this flavor (peach/mango) actually tastes good!

I definitely noticed an increase in my metabolism after drinking one of these Lance Armstrong energy drinks. Didn't feel all jittery like after I slam a red bull, but I could feel an overall increase in energy. There are a bunch of other healthy goodies in this drink.
