After recieving unit with falty power unit and calling company, assured I would recieve new unit. When no unit came or email after one week I gave bad review. I should have called Company first because 1 day later new power pack arrived and unit works perfectly. Company also called to see if unit arrived and wanted to know if it worked properly. I was given good advice on how to use unit. I would recommend this product and this company. Also purchased tens unit delivered in 4 days to Florida. 5 star

2 months ago I paid more than twice for this product($199)! I am not happy with the price going lower after my purchase, but I have to say I love the product and it does a good job. Medical Products Online whom I bought the product from also has great customer service. I love the travel case the unit came in. It's VERY portable and lightweight. You might want to think about buying some extra ultrasound gel, since what you get is a small amount.

Portable Ultrasound works great. Got relief from patellar tendonitis with the first use. Not cured, but increased pain free range of motion. Comes with a 2oz bottle of ultrasound gel, not the larger bottle shown in the picture. I highly recommend it. One annoying feature is the bright blue "on" light on the head of the unit. Tends to shin in the eyes, but easily covered with a finger.
