I bought my faucet directly from Lowe's. It was professionally installed and it works great, as Kohler is known for. I've had this faucet for 6 months and have had zero problems (and it looks great). I think the other reviewer had a very unusual experience. I never heard anything but good things about Kohler. My friend has a Kohler (different model) and she loves it.

Factory fresh when received, unusable after installation due to, apparently, sabotage before being packed: crushed valve components. Very expensive purchase since we had to pay plumber for initial installation and second installation of locally purchased replacement, a Moen faucet which is great. Amazon refunded purchase price, but couldn't pay for the frustration and aggravation.
