The cable is adequate. Sometimes it seems that the audio signal transmission through the cable is shaky and it crackles a bit, but if you don't play with it, it's okay.

It's cheap, it works, it's a cable. Enjoy.

I used this (and a another piece) to fix my brother's headphones, so I don't know if I'm really using it the way that was intended but I can say that they are being used daily and I guess if something doe's its job, even a job for which it wasn't intended - that's still a good thing.
