I recently received the Omron NE-C28 and it is great. It is small, takes up very little space and delivers the inhalation solution fast. If you need a new nebulizer you won't go wrong with this one.
Also the shipping time to my door was fast. Thanks Amazon.

As good as the Omron tube and mouth piece may be, this item here is not being very clearly represented. Even though the picture of the item clearly shows the compressor and the shipping weight is heavy enough to include the compressor (4 pounds), you only get the tubing and mouth piece (total shipping weight including box of 8 ounces !). And you do pay for 4 pounds of shipping, $13.95 (which is more than the item sells for). And the shipping fees are not refundable on a return (and -10% restocking fee). Buyers beware.
