I use Windows XP and this product is awesome. It remembers many of my passwords for me. So quick and easy to just stick a finger on the sensor.

In the beginning, I did have a little problem making it work, but no more. I realize that if my fingers are somehow different from when I programmed the fingerprint data, the device won't think it's me. I can't have wet fingers, dirty fingers, chapped fingers, etc. Now, it works just about every time I place a finger on. Just remember it might not work just after washing your hands or putting on lotion.

Some password pages aren't recognized by the software, which is okay. I need to remember a few passwords anyway to keep my mind sharp. It does remember most of the passwords I need, though.

I find that when I log out or have been away from my computer awhile enough for it to sleep, the software no longer works and the only way to get my Biopod working again is to restart the computer. Just a glitch, but not enough to make me give up my Biopod.

Since I love my Biopod, I want to give it 5 stars, but there is room for improvement. I will give it 4 stars because of the glitches.

UPDATE:

I have since gotten Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 8. Biopod only works to get me signed onto the computer. It doesn't recognize sign in pages and won't help me sign in. Biopod worked so well with my previous system, I hate to downgrade the rating. Knowing how well it could work, I will now give it 2 stars instead of 1 that it would have gotten had I only tried it with Vista.
