While this certainly does have "ephedra", it isn't the species of ephedra one would want for energy. These pills DO give you energy (300mg caffeine), and DO contain a strain of ephedra (ephedra nevadensis), but THIS CONTAINS NO EPHEDRINE WHATSOEVER. No psychoactive ephedra alkaloids, no ephedrine.
