Product Description

Whether you shoot your images in Camera Raw or as JPG files, whether you are a hobbyist or a professional, Adobe Photoshop CS3 is a powerful tool for you as a photographer. In this unique training approach designed specifically for photographers you will learn tools and techniques to bring the best out of your photographs. Host Jeremy Rasmussen starts off the training with an extensive look into the changes and advancements within the Camera Raw Utility, including new tools, adjustments and working with your camera raw files. Jeremy then moves on to explain and demonstrate smart objects and filters and how to get the most out of them. Next the Photomerge utility is covered showing the new panoramic layout modes and how to properly apply them to your panoramic images. The clone stamp tool is also covered in depth to demonstrate the new clone source settings. In conclusion Jeremy explains both the new Black and White adjustment layer as well as the Curve adjustment layer. This presentation is roughly 40 minutes long and is presented as a standard DVD Video disc which is compatible with standalone DVD players as well as computer (Macintosh and Windows) based DVD players. Both Adobe Photoshop CS3 Standard and Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended are covered within the video.

1.0 out of 5 stars amateurish at best, January 29, 2009
By Photoshop baby (houston, texas United States) - See all my reviews
This was probably the worst "how to" video I've ever seen. The narrator didn't seem sure of what he was doing and kept correcting himself. As a neophyte Photoshop user I was looking for something more practical.....but it wasn't presented here. It was a total waste of time, albeit amusing for its amateurish production values.
