These empty RED HD-DVD boxes with full wrap-around sleeve so you have a protected spot to put the front paper in and they have the HD Logo screenprinted on the outside!! The cases are 12mm thick (slightly thinner than a standard DVD case). The cases have two clips on the inside to hold additional booklets. This is just like the ones you buy normal HD-DVDs in - so if yours are getting scratched and unpleasant looking, you can switch the paper and disc to these new ones and brighten up your collection! These cases are great to have if you plan to maintain a collector's library of our favorite defunct video format. They work perfectly well, but, be advised, they are not identical to original HD DVD packaging. The color is a little more orange than the originals and a little more square (boxy) as well.
That being said, it's nice to have an option to replace worn or cracked cases with a reasonable facsimile of factory packaging. Most people probably would never notice the subtle differences.
Buy these cases and keep you collection looking great !

Exactly as advertised! Bought these when I got a bunch of HD-DVD's from Hollywood Video to replace their boxes. Perfect fit, including the inserts!

I needed extra HD DVD cases (I knoooooooow) for the Star Trek original series first series in HD DVD format. The original package leaves them all unprotected, and they cost TOO MUCH to scratch up. Got here fast and they work. End of story.
