I bought this to add auto ignition to my Big Kahuna. The Big Kahuna (discontinued on Amazon) is an outdoor propane burner that puts out a whopping 65,000 BTUs of heat -- or about 15 times the heat of a conventional indoor stove's burner. The only problem was that it didn't have auto ignition. My Weber grill has lasted over 10 years so when I decided to add auto ignition to the Big Kahuna I chose a Weber part.

The igniter is well made and should last for years. If you're dumb enough to touch the ignition end and press the switch, you'll light yourself up. ;^)

I received this product in a timely manner and installed it in just a couple of minutes. It replaced an old igniter that had failed after 9 years and was part of a complete overhaul of my Weber bbq. Just like new. Weber makes great products.
