The yoga session alone is what has me considering buying this DVD. It is easy to follow, you don't feel like you are being talked down to, and I came away with a real sense of peace and an understanding that different yoga moves could be used to help me atune to my body in different ways. I would have liked more information on diabetes being someone who has only recently been diagoned and having received little information from my doctor, but it is a good start.
