Tiptree Brandy Butter or hard sauce is used as part of the Christmas dinner. It is served with Christmas Pudding as part of the dessert menu. Tiptree's Brandy Butter is incredibly rich and the suggested size of serving is 1 tbsp per person. The ingredients are Sugar, Butter, and Brandy 11%. An English Christmas meal would not be the same without Brandy Butter on the Christmas Pudding.
