I believe the image of this product speaks for itself. What you may not be able to see is that it is well constructed, of a good size with a substantial handle. Now that this is part of my wardrobe, I almost look forward to rain. I receive nothing but compliments when using it.

I hemmed and hawed over ordering a somewhat pricey umbrella online, but ultimately got it because I decided on gray crappy days it would be nice to be (and be encased in) a burst of color. As soon as I opened it up, any trace of buyer's anxiety disappeared. It's as gorgeous in person as it is in the pictures, and very sturdy. I've had it open during a few storms where the wind was a definite concern, but had no incidents. I'd prefer it had one of those little venty bits at the top, but don't take stars off because it didn't purport to in the ad and it functions great all the same. Overall it's a great purchase, it cheers me up loads when it rains and every time I am running around in the rain with it at least one person stops me to tell me how nice it looks.
