Lora Cain is a singer/songwriter, author, actor, stand up comedian and former National Urban radio personality and talk show host and TV personality. Lora began her career in musical theater as a child and performs throughout Southern California as a singer, dancer, poet and actor. A songwriter and screenwriter, she also co- authored a book on communication called Power Lines: What to Say in Problem Situations (HarperCollins) and is currently writing a book on women's sexuality. Cain has a one woman show called: 'Can You Hear Me Now: My Life in Radio with Rockers, Talkers and Dead People' and is a nationally known voice talent for Jimmy Kimmel Live and some of the biggest corporate names in America. A TV personality, she also worked for the Home Shopping Network and has been a guest expert on national talk shows including CNN, The View, Rachael Ray and has interviewed celebrities from all walks of the entertainment and political worlds. A choreographer, African drummer and dance teacher, she led a weekly dance/singing improvisational class in Los Angeles called HeartSongandDance.com.
