I lost 50 lbs the normal healthy way - by strict diet and excersize - over the course of 9 months. I still had 10 lbs to go to reach my goal weight that I had set to meet at the begining of the year and was stuck! I continued with my healthy diet and excersize for two months and didn't budge a pound so I asked my friend who is a trainer for help. He reccomended Venom as a supplement to my already active/healthy lfestyle. I have been using it for two weeks and have already shed 4 lbs!You must follow the directions on the bottle and it helps if you work out and eat healthy while youre taking it. If you are planning on eating an egg mcmuffin and sitting on the couch waiting for it to melt away the fat - sorry it's not going to work like that. What it will do is give you extra energy and focus that can be translated into your workouts while providing a lite appitite suppressant which I found works wonders for me being a "bordem" eater (IE when I'm sitting around bored I tend to eat just to have somthing to do). I still eat three to four small, healty meals a day and work out three days of the week. If you need a jump start - or if you need a little extra help moving the last little bit of weight I would reccomend it. IF youre looking for a miracle drug - this isn't it - if you don't follow the directions it will make you jittery, nausiated and possibly give you head aches. Follow the directions and it's a wonderful product!

When I wanted just an energy boost I tried that Fahrenheit metabolism booster , a friend of mine told me about Venom, she said she lost 30 lbs in 5 months and kept it off. So I decided that Venom would just be a step up from Fahrenheit. I started just taking 1 a day during breakfast. I lost 5 lbs in the first week.

I moved up to 2 a day and so far I've lost a little over 20 lbs. I'm slowly weening myself off of them by doing 1 pill every 2 days. I was never dizzy or sick or had headaches or anything, I think because I took something else before it to see if I could handle the energy boost, then I knew I could handle something more.

Like someone else said, these products work differently for different people. What this product did that no other weight loss aid did for me was that it truly did suppress my appetite. The first few days I did get the jitters and a headache - so make sure you take it with food and drink at least 12 oz of water. Drink a lot of water throughout the day, too. Also, I was finding the first couple of days that I was eating breakfast and wouldn't be hungry at all for lunch - and I was lucky if I wanted to pick at food for dinner. I was obviously losing weight very quickly... For me, that serious appetite suppression did subside and now I'm eating all meals but in much smaller portions because I'm just not THAT hungry! I didn't think I had portion issues - but apparently now I'm eating much healthier portions. You really do have to force yourself to eat if you have the same reaction as I did at first... because that only made me feel sicker and more uncomfortable. But seeing the weight loss results that I was seeing, (20 lb in 2 weeks) that sick feeling seemed worth it! Now that my appetite has levelled back out, I'm on a much healthier 2 lb per week weight loss - and in all honesty, I'm not working out AT ALL. However, I'm not eating McDonald's either.

This product won't work if you take it and treat it as a free pass to stuff your face with Mickey Ds and KFC at every meal. I'm not eating brown rice and asparagus at every meal, but my diet is well rounded with a few 'cheats' per week - and I still am getting great results.

If I made the time to exercize (more than walking the dog), my results would probably be even better since this product does give you a great energy boost - I just haven't made the time yet.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because of the nausea and headaches I experienced at first. I don't want to say that you should stick with it through that, because it may not be the same for everyone, but I did in fact get past that 'stage' and now I get a good energy boost without the negative side effects. I'm down about 26 lbs in 6 weeks - just a little more to go.

Listen to your body! It may not be right for everyone.
