I got this thing for 20 bucks on amazon goldbox, and it's well worth it considering it's nothing more than a hunk of cast iron. It comes preseaoned, which makes it easier to use right away. A word of warning though, those flimsy handles will get hot if you use it over your standard cooking range. Be very careful when trying to adjust the thing, like an idiot, I burned my thumb trying to move the thing by grabbing the handle.

After discarding two other griddle/grills because they were so flimsy, I hesitated to purchase this one. I'm delighted that I did! So far I've used both sides: one for pancakes, one for steak. Yes, it's heavy and one more thing to store, but it's performance is excellent--and easy to clean, too.
