This show was on PBS recently and, as usual, Dr. Roisen came through
with another winnner. The YOU docs are the best. They really tell it like it is and give you great information to take with you to improve your life and extend your life. Everyone should give their approach a try and you'll find that your life is so much better when you feel better.

A Kid's Review

You - Steps for Extending Your Warranty is a very easy to follow video.
And of course, Dr Roizen doesn't use complicated medical language. I
really am changing more of my (bad) habits, and now acquiring some
new ones (more beneficial to me).

Dr. Roizen provides clear layman explanations for body functionality and how eating and exercise affect it. I also like the simple exercises provided by a Certified personal trainer.
