Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder, 60-Minutes (Black)

The Flip Video cam is portable - fits in my pocket. It produces great quality video. Over-all I find it to be a great camera.

The only draw-back I have found is that the on-off switch can be frustrating - the camera often doesn't start or stop recording until I have pushed the off or start (same) button several times.

But I would still definitely recommend this camera to those, like myself, who want to be able to take video in a mobile way.

It produces video with an avi extension and works with Windows Movie Maker, something else I found very efficient and pleasing about the Flip Video. And, even though I live in Canada, delivery was prompt.

This is a great camcoder. It is really easy to use right out of the box and the USB connection is super simple for downloading videos to your computer. The 60 minute record time is perfect for soccer games, school plays and around the house. I also use it to record training sessions for work since I can throw it in my purse. I highly recommend this camcorder.

My husband and I bought this right before our baby's birth, and are so happy we did. It is truly easy to use, and is convenient and portable. We were able to capture many moments surrounding her birth that we would have missed - there would have been no way we would have lugged a bigger video camera around the hospital. So far I've been impressed with the quality of the videos,and archiving to PC and viewing on TV were both easily done. Would recommend this highly to anyone, and especially to people with kids who want to capture quick moments without too much equipment.
