About the Artist

As a visionary, activist, advocate and artist, Nassiri has been recognized locally, regionally, nationally and internationally for his work spreading the message of peace. Nassiri received the "World Visionary Award" from the Boston Film Festival for his achievements promoting world peace. Additionally, he was awarded the Congressional Certificate of Recognition and a Certificate from the State of Nevada. He came to this country 30 yrs ago and has enjoyed the freedom, democracy and opportunities that are available and hopes that people all over the world may someday enjoy these too. Nassiri believes the format to share these messages can be done through the empowerment of children, film, music and education. Nassiri's peace efforts have been the catalyst to meet with leaders of the world including former President Bill Clinton, Nobel Prize winners Nelson Mandela, Shimon Peres, and former South Korean President Kim Dae-jung. Meetings with Peres, the Israeli Parliament and Palestinian authorities were important in assisting in the negotiations for the release of the 3 hostages held during the 34-day war and the continued conflict between Israel and Palestine. While on his world tour, Nassiri extended the invitation to meet with Kim Jung Il so that the world could see North Korea's people and its culture. He also sent a message from the bridge to open their borders so that the people of North and South Korea can move freely. In Rome, Nassiri met with Pope Benedict XVI, where he was invited to Assisi, Italy (The City of Peace) by Reverend Vincenzo Coli of the Franciscan Monks and met with President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano. While in South Africa Nassiri met with freedom-fighter Winnie Mandela and her daughter, Zindzi Mandela, and was honored by the South African Parliament. As an advocate for unification, Nassiri devotes endless energy to help bring about world peace by enlisting the aid of Senate Majority leader Harry Reid volunteering to mediate talks between Iran and the US. To further demonstrate his intentions, Nassiri met with Dr. Mostafa Rahmani of the Iranian Embassy and UN Representative Javad Zarif, cultivating positive dialogue. He has also met with Senator John Ensign (R-Nevada) who believes that "Nassiri's message that he is taking throughout the world of love and peace is really the reconciling point between the people of the world. That reconciliation between people can happen much more than is happening in the world and the message that he is taking....I applaud him for that!" Nassiri has one mission and one message: WORLD PEACE.

Nassiri is an Iranian-American icon, who is dedicated to uniting the world. This album is amazing, very moving, touching and inspiritational. Some amazing songs, especially the lead "Love Sees No Color." It is a beautiful, envoking song that is so true. I especially love track #13, which is a remixed version of the title track sung in 15 different languages. Amazon doesn't reveal it, but it's actually a CD+DVD bonus, the DVD has several music videos (including the title track with amazing scenes from 18 countries such as India, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, US and more), features, behind the scenes content and more. It also comes with an information booklet that also contains the lyrics to all 13 tracks. Everything is nicely packaging in a white fold-out digipak packaging design. It's actually an incredible value for what you get. I love the music, the DVD and it's all for a great cause to support charities around the world. Support the cause and buy the CD+DVD today!

Love this DVD Love Sees No Color. My granddaughter loves it too. We play the CD in the car and watch the DVD. She dances around to the music, loves the colorful clothing and graphics. LOVE LOVE LOVE Highly recommended
