Nice big cooking surface, cooks evenly. The only thing is that the handles get VERY HOT.

This is a basic product that does just what it promises. It heats quickly and evenly, and cooks the food well.

The handles are great for carrying, but are a little to big when cooking. I don't regret the purchase at all, but I do wish each handle was about half as long.

The griddle works great! It has very even distribution of heat to allow for those perfect pancakes. Only problem I have is that the handles are metal and conduct heat very easily and if the handle sticks out on your stove you can easily burn your hand so watch out for that. I'm planning on using some type of rubber to lace around the handles for easier handling.
