I had a problem with the size - I ordered the wrong one. Perhaps it was because of the holidays but it took several days for customer service to respond to my initial request for information regarding returns. Once they did contact me though, service was prompt and I received the replacement within a appropriate time.

I wasn't that impressed. A handle would be nice and the white line surrounding it is ugly (I got the black one). It seems too thin to offer much impact resistance and the material does not stretch snugly over my 15" Dell Vostro.
