This framed poster measures approx. 20" x 27" Norman Percevel Rockwell (February 3, 1894 - November 8, 1978) was a 20th century American painter and illustrator. His works enjoy a broad popular appeal in the United States, where Rockwell is most famous for the cover illustrations of everyday life scenarios he created for The Saturday Evening Post magazine over four decades. Among the best-known of Rockwell's works are the Willie Gillis series, Saying Grace, and the Four Freedoms series.

This is a wonderful looking poster with a lot of detail. Though I like it very much, I wanted a Middle-earth based poster that had nothing to do with director Peter Jackson's 'Lord of the Rings' movie trilogy. I wanted a poster that was unique in the way of only being based on author J.R.R. Tolkien's books. This was it! Gandalf the Grey looks old and wise as he should. And the hobbits Frodo and Sam look tired as if they have a lot on their minds due to the perilous quest. Gollum, Legolas, and Gimli are also revealed on this poster. There are also a lot of other, much smaller, details on this wonderfully painted poster. Adam Hersh must be a great artist to have painted such a unique poster! I love it! It looks great on the wall in my room.
