It has a production date of Mar. 2007 [Safar 1428H] and has English subtitles. It is entitled, "Iraq: Between Indications of Victory and Conspiratorial Intriques". Al-Libi speaks about the creation and importance of the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) and the need for jihadist groups in Iraq to unite under its banner.
