Pros: I've been pleased with Swiss Gear that I've purchased in the past, and so far this is no exception. The only reason I had to replace my bag I previously owned was because my parent's dog chewed through the strap in a spot where I couldn't repair it. I had it for two years and it was great- no rips or tears and I used it a lot and stuffed it to capacity. So far I've only used this bag for a couple of days, but it has a nice amount of space and individual pockets.

Cons: This isn't the bag's fault, but it took 7 days for them to ship this item, that's FedEx's deal, but it was annoying. Also, the cell phone slot is a little small. I have an Envy2 with a hard case and it barely fits in there. Not a big deal though.

It's great for a student or starting professional. Looks good and holds quite a bit for it's size. Also isn't very heavy.

I would recommend this product to just about anyone.

I bought his so I could store my custum mac book pro and some other college books, notebooks etc. Its very roomy and comfortable. Also sturdy.
