Product Description
"666" - so-called because it was recorded on the satanic date of June 6, 2006. The CD version combines their self-titled, four-song debut with a handful of rarities and the EP's six new songs. The new material mostly abandons the no-wave wobbliness of their 2006 LP, "C.Y.S.L.A.B.F.", in favor of a straight-ahead punk wallop.

Mika Miko was the best thing (musically) that I discovered last year. With punk and thrash influences, L.A.'s Mika Miko has a sound all their own, and the best part is that they're all female. '666' was recorded live at their home on 6/6/06 and it sounds amazing. They bring the listener on a jolted roller coaster ride from start to finish. Their live shows are energetic and their lead singer sings into a red telephone, giving her voice a unique and fuzzy sound. Mika Miko is truly an inspiration and the reason why I love music. This album has not left my car in months! Check this band out, now.
