Got these as a gold box deal, and for $70 these are the best set of knives I have owned. All of them are extremely sharp, my old set, which was way more expensive, doesn't hold a candle to this. Block is a tad bit rough, cut-outs for knives not perfect, but overall a very good deal.

Very nice addition to the kitchen with this lovely 19 piece set, that has every knife working at its best and have had no problems. Also they are easy to clean which is very necessary!

I bought this set when it was a gold box deal. I had the miracle blade set and they don't stay sharp as they claim and I was fed up with them. So I thought these looked like a good deal and I jumped on the purchase. Well when they came I noticed some of the steak knives didn't look right on the tips but I wasn't sure what I was seeing. Sure enough when I tried using one of them it separated at the tip. I now have 3 out of the 8 that are separated.

The other knives have been problem free. I enjoy the bread knife as it doesn't crush my bread while cutting it. I also appreciate having the sharpener in the set they don't claim these knives with just stay sharp. They sharped well. I was just very let down by the steak knives. If you take away the steak knives it would have been a 5.
