What a royal pain. I tried installing this thing on FOUR different computers, and it never worked on any of them. The support is nonexistent, and the driver CD is just a regular Memorex CD with a hastily written sticker on it. The FAQ and users guide on the CD seems to be for a different product...it's as if they never even reviewed it before deciding to ship it out.

VideoSecu, you could have spared yourself this unflattering review by simply answering my email asking for help. I might have been so generous as to give you three stars. But you didn't, so you get one.

I purchased this over much cheaper ones, when I opened the box I notice that the software was bootlegged on a memorex CD and I tried to install it anyway, well they did not get the driver downloaded onto the CD so the whole thing is no more than a paper weight really feel like I was ripped off, I suggest buying one at radio shack or somewhere you can get support

I needed this item to work quickly and efficiently - and it did! Good price, quick delivery, easy to use, and there is now a scum serving 10 years. :)
The unit came with a CDROM with all the support software and installer program. Setup was easy, I just clicked for all the default settings and I was up and running in five minutes.
