The OneTouch Massage Gravity Inversion Table is a premium inversion table designed to take pressure off the back and spine. This is a wonderful item and offers a real easy to assemble inversion talbe. Using it gives you a wide awake brain and helps with edema. The only drawback is the ankle braces. they are designed for thin legs. They give you an extra pair, but of the same size. If you have edema and larger legs, they are painful. I take the ankle braces off and that works, but now I can't get as far inverted as with braces. The spare pair of braces should be for larger legs. If they did that it would be perfect. It's still a good deal!

pros:
Great for the price plus you get a yoga ball
Easy assembly
Good for your back

cons:
can get painful on your ankles (w/ your entire body weight hanging on it)

but after a while you get used to it or learn to adjust the ankle pads in a way that's more supportive. it does come with 4 spare ankle pads but they're useless. the original ankle pads are more comfortable than the spare ones (at least for me it was).

for my back problem, it works great. was going to chiropractor twice a week, now I'm down to once a month.
