This item includes 90 day coverage against manufacturing defects from the manufacturer, Intex. Intex will replace a bed returned with a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the original purchase date. The product must be returned to Intex along with a copy of the validated sales receipt, customer name, address, telephone number and a brief note explaining the reason for the claim. It is suggested that the customer ship the product to Intex using a traceable shipping method. Intex will not be responsible for any product lost in transit. The responsibility of the shipping cost to Intex is that of the end customer. I bought this air mattress for my fiance and she really loves it. She has said it is better then them more expensive mattresses. We have no problems at all. I just let the air mattress get to room temp. Before I inflated it. We just add some air as needed it doesn't need air often. My fiance says she sleeps better on this air mattress then she did on her previous bed. She sleeps on it every night. She normally has back,shoulder,neck problems. But since sleeping on this air mattress has had no problem out of her back,shoulder, or neck.

This is a great inflatable bed. No scooting around on the floor. It has an edge that is made for tucking the sheets in. That was one of the reasons I tryed it. The sheets actually DO stay on the bed! My 77 year old mother-in-law slept on this bed for days and said it was very comfortable. IT didn't seem to loose any air! It's sits high like a regular bed with a firm edge. Inflates in minutes, and deflates quickly for storage. It even fit back into the draw string bag it came in! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seemes slightly smaller than an actual Queen size bed.

Please don't buy this mattress. I've only had it for 30 days and it has already had
three unexplained holes on top of the sleeping surface. If I could give this 0 stars,
I would have. IntexCorp., the maker of the mattress does not warranty this product, so
buyer beware.
