I found this to be what I was looking for. All I have to do is stick my arm in the sleeve and it does the rest. Easy er than the others on the market. The price was great with the rebate. I am glad I bought it. I think I may have sold a few since everyone I meet I tell how eases it is to use.

I can have very high blood pressure readings and have to monitor them frequently. Over the years I have tried many types of cuffs but this is my favorite one. I have finally put away my Omrons to use this Panasonic exclusively. It is not only the accuracy, speed and convenience that I like but also the fact that it never errors out - no matter how high or low my readings, I always get a result even in the winter with long sleeves. Instead of the usual wrap around cuff, you insert your arm in the tube (like the ones in the drugstore). True, it is a bit bulky and not as easy for travel, but convenience and accuracy make up for that. Before I got this cuff, taking my blood pressure could be a struggle that would raise my blood pressure! Now it is a piece of cake.

Just as other people noted, it is very easy to use it. I took it to my doctor to test the accuracy, but I could not monitor because I could not have a table or desk that has the right height to use this machine. Comparing to my old monitor, the diastolic number is 10 to 20 points higher, that puzzles me. The size is about 6"W 9"L 11"H, and it is rather bulky.
