Product Description
When the governor of the State is kidnapped, his private assistant, Monica, and his close collaborator decide to keep this information a secret. But destiny leads when Monica, bumps into El Chupes , a homeless man who lives close to the government offices. He is identical in looks to the governor and ultimately El Chupes , the former homeless man, becomes the governor of the State. El Chupes an honest man, decides to erase the misdeeds of the former governor. Everything seems to be going right until someone discovers the dead body of the real governor.
