This is great, for hikers and trekkers you get the comfort of a warm cup of coffee in the morning.....that actually tastes like coffee! And more importantly without taking up precious space in your pack. The little packets are next to indestructible too! You can squeeze the hell out of them and they don't break. Great product!

The coffee you make with these little packets tastes--well--okay. Often better than what I brew, but not great. Quite good enough for instant coffee, and far better than any dry instant.

I keep Java Juice around for those mornings when I can't handle the coffee maker before I have my first cup of coffee. Or those evenings when I am the only one who wants coffee.

For those familiar with concentrated coffee: This is more concentrated than your average cold brew, and doesn't have any chicory mixed in to make it sour.

Now, this stuff is good for travel and camping and for the military because it comes in these small packets that are nearly indestructible. They weigh less and take up less space than the coffee beans you would use to brew a comparable amount.

So if you aren't into camping, but might need coffee in an early-morning emergency, or when you only want one cup, this works nicely. You don't have to leave your house to use it. Honest.

I really like the taste of this coffee and it would be great for camping trips or something like that. I used it just at home and didn't like the packaging for home use. It seems wasteful to throw away several little packets every day and from time to time I'd get a little 'spritz' of concentrated coffee when I tore the packet open. I wish it came in a bottle for home use. Again, I'd recommend this for camping or rv or travel.
