The high-performance 325-watt motor and wide 5-quart stainless-steel bowl tackles food preparation for crowds with professional ease. The easy turn of a lever raises the bowl into mixing position.
Includes dough hook, flat beater and wire whisk. With 10 variable speeds and the "C" dough hook you can quickly roll and knead up to 9 cups of all-purpose flour for bread dough, pizzas and coffee cakes. The flat beater tackles normal to heavy mixtures including cakes, biscuits, meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The wire whip handles mixtures that need air added to them including silky icings, angel food cakes and ultra-light whipped cream.
